The second edition of ROOTS-in, Roots Tourism International Exchange, will be held in Matera at UNA MH Hotel Meeting Center on Monday November 20th and Tuesday 21st from 10am to 6pm.
Our Forum
On Monday November 20th -from 10am to 1pm - the opening conference will feature national and international experts debating over one main topic: "Roots Tourism and boroughs regeneration” .
Tourism professionals and people interested in ancestral tourism are welcome.
Registration is free - and it is mandatory.

Our workshop
Our B2B workshop between international buyers and national sellers will be organized on on November 20th afternoon and on November 21st.
Participants will have a pre-scheduled meeting agenda.
For 2023 workshop edition we subscribed a matching software for buyers' and sellers' registration to issue a pre-scheduled meeting agenda that matches buyers' and sellers' profile features and requests.
It is therefore important to fill in your registration form with high accuracy, i.e.
> Size and characteristics of your Company
> your field of action
> your Country of origin> your Country of origin
> your geographical areas of interest
> your target group
so that our software can match buyers' and sellers' applications and set a meeting schedule accordingly.
You will be asked a fee to attend our workshop. Pricing will follow soon.
ROOTS-in LAB
Nel pomeriggio di lunedì 20 November e per l’intera giornata di Tuesday November, 21st sono previsti una serie di approfondimenti tematici con ROOTS-in LAB , with speakers on stage for insights, short talks about best practices, useful clues and tools to local trade operators
Registration is free - and it is mandatory. Tourism professionals, local councils representatives and those who want to improve their background and skills on roots tourism are welcome.
